Hilarious to watch the madness unfold since Dr. Smit sold it to whoever bought this.

Maybe hire better people for the desk already. Answer your phone. Stop booking 2mths out as the first available appointment? Maybe offer modern day booking online? Calendar appointments? What?!

Run a business before? Ya thought not!
