This place could be amazing but staff are very rude, unprofessional and totally out to lunch. Been a member since January. Used to come here often (daily) spending over 60$ per day, really, I used to come here daily... but stopped due to rudeness of staff a while ago. Today I thought I'd give them another chance, bought over $130 of stuff and tipped 23 dollars. Staff member came tried to get me to leave or to pay 2 non member ship fees without even checking to see if I'm a member.
They even have a poster inside that says spend more than $50 and membership fee is waived. They didn't even check to see if I was a member or ask if I was staying or having it to go. She came at me hard for the membership fee so I told her to apply my tip to the membership fee. She said she couldn't do that as that's not how it works.
I don't know the girls name but she was probably new, but the most unpleasant thing to deal with. Needs some desperate customer service 101 lessons. The other staff member is a gentlemen with black nail polish. Tried to charge me for an extra sandwich and then when he realized his mistake didn't even apologize, generally just overly aggressive and always seems to be really uptight.
I'm never coming here again, go the cannabis lounge upstairs, the staff are way friendlier. Just buy coffee and food elsewhere and hang out at the lounge upstairs. 1000x better environment.
I don't know who the owner is but I would def have a mystery shopper come visit this place to keep staff in check.
