Very nice airport that only lacks in terms of staffing for customs and international transfers. The airport is clean and quiet, has several 🍩🍔🥪☕ food options, a pet station, duty free shopping, ample restrooms that are ♿ handicap accessible, and more. Also lots of seating with charging ports.
One of my favorite views and destinations when visiting New York City with first timers. The 🗽🏙️🌇🌆🌃 views are epic, as you get equal parts, Central Park and lower Manhattan and everything between the two rivers. The staff are temporary so you do get some mixed customer service experiences, however, for the most part it is a smooth experience getting up and down.
They do have ♿ handicap accessible options, with elevator access and ramps as you make your way up. However, it is a little busy at the top and can be difficult to move around if wheelchair or assisted.
Don't forget to check out the multiple levels to get all the 📸📹 photos you need and visit the gift shop at the top and ground floor. Tons of restaurants and food options downstairs as well.
