I just bought a few groceries there today on December 7 at 7:30PM and the cashier from #18 had poor customer service and communication. I approached cashier 18 (the one at the end to the right) seeing it was open but the lady there waved her hand and shaking her head signalling not to come by. So I went to a different cashier next to the baskets and then after a few minutes later she came up to other customers lining up that she could take 1-2 items. Although I saw a couple with a cart more than 10 groceries go to her and she accepted them. It was upsetting seeing how she refused me in the beginning with at least 5 items in a basket and now she was taking in other customers, let alone someone with many groceries? She probably had limited English but this sort of terrible customer service is unacceptable. I had to remain at the same cash register and wait for longer since my items were already placed on the table. So I couldn’t ask her why she did that. I waited longer than the person with the cart who was done paying theirs at cashier 18. This was unfair treatment and was kind of frustrated after that. I hope this comes across to the worker since it seems her communication with customers was poor. Please do better next time.
