I genuinely cannot put into words how incredible our experience at Awasi Patagonia was but I will try my best. My husband and I are not from wealthy backgrounds and used our honeymoon fund to cover most of the expenses. It was worth every penny. I have never experienced such attention to detail and personalized service. From check in to check out, you were made to feel so special. The lodge is exquisite. The food amazing. The wine and cocktails unique and delicious. Excursions were incredible and at times I was overcome with emotion with the beauty of Torres del Paine. Everyone was so friendly and we were (and still are since we checked out this morning!) overcome with emotion when we had to say goodbye to everyone. From late night conversations with the guest relations manager Zaith, to the jokes and Spanish practice we had at the bar with Alejandro, the warm smiles we had from Annie and Valerie during meals, and the genuine positive energy and conversations we had with our sommelier Gabriella, we will never forget all of the employees that made this the trip of a lifetime. Of course there were others as well that we will never forget but I would need to write a novel to mention everyone. Our guide Tania was absolutely perfect for us. Incredibly informative, kind, funny, and made us feel so comfortable. We loved spending our lunches out in the park talking about all aspects of life with her. We were so sad saying goodbye when she dropped us off at the airport. We will never forget our time with her and the incredible memories we made. There are so many people behind the scenes that made our stay incredible that we unfortunately never met, nevertheless we think of them and are so appreciative of their work. Thank you Awasi for the trip of a lifetime. We will never forget you.

Had the most wonderful time. The hotel is wonderful, but best of all is the kind-hearted staff. From reception to tour guides, kitchen staff to housekeeping, everyone took wonderful care of us. Highly recommend this most incredible hotel. I’ve been many places, but Tierra Patagonia was top-notch!

I can not say enough about this hotel. The hotel manager, Nicholas, greeted us upon arrival. He gave us a personal tour of the hotel and checked in with us every day, morning and night. He recalled all of the details (such as my sore knee), and for our anniversary provided us with many thoughtful surprises, including a bottle of my favorite wine in our room.

Kineret arranges all of your excursions. She is like sunshine, always with a smile and there to advise.

Our tour guide was Nacho. He has been with Tierra for 17 years and truly made our vacation everything it could have been and more. Many of the employees have been here for a long time which is a testament to the quality of the ownership. All staff members that we encountered were professional and kind.

The spa was great. We had amazing massages!

The food was terrific. There was a daily menu that was unique and caters to people wanting fine dining. There was also an every day menu for the pickier eaters. They are also very flexible if you want something especially made for you. The breakfast buffet is extensive. Lunch was usually eaten during the hike. They pack lunches that you request and provide many snacks as well. They are always adding that special touch with fruit and cheese platters and amazing desserts as well as beverages when the hike is completed.

Regarding Patagonia, I STRONGLY RECOMMEND that you come prepared with appropriate hiking gear including jackets and pants that are water and wind resistant as well as high top hiking boots and gators. The weather here can be extreme, even during the high season. Winds can gust upwards of 50mph and heavy rains can pop up with no notice. If you are dressed properly, it won't bother you at all.

Lastly, the view from the hotel was breathtaking. All rooms face the same direction so there are no bad rooms.

Très bon accueil par Nicolas Résident Manager qui parle un excellent français.
Tout le personnel est aux petits soins et Kine l’organisatrice des excursions transmet sa joie de vivre dès notre arrivée.
Hôtel idéalement situé.
Au cœur de l’environnement il s’y noie à merveille !
Chambres spacieuses avec tout le confort,
Piscine et Spa magnifiques…
Pièce centrale et restaurant au top !

We had an incredible stay at Awasi Patagonia (despite breaking my foot the day we arrived)! If you are considering a trip to Torres Del Paine National Park & you appreciate luxurious accommodations, attention to detail, customized itinerary, amazing food and wonderful staff look no further! There are other great accommodations in the park but none will come even close to the experience you will have at Awasi. We look forward to returning and enjoying some of the great hikes we unfortunately missed out on (not the hotels fault).
