Starbucks

Ordered iced matcha latte, but the foam take almost half of the cup. I asked the drink maker (the girl with twin pony tails)and got ignored.
The lady with glasses was very nice and friendly at the cashier🥰. She friendly asked me why I am not happy the the drink and topped up with more matcha latte.
The other drink maker kept telling her just to add milk 🙄. I would like to give 1 star or no star for that twin pony tail girl, such a bad attitude.

I bought 2 large frappuccino but taste was very bad just like water I never had tasted like before :(

We had a terrible experience here. We came in at 6:20 on a Tuesday night and the barista told us that “We’re closing in 5 mins, if you wanna order, order now!” even though the trading hours displayed on the counter said 7am-7pm. He seemed very annoyed the whole time. Then the barista girl finished making our drinks and she pretty much threw the drinks on the pickup table without saying anything and quickly walked away.

We were very disappointed with this kind of service and the rude attitude of Starbucks staff that day. Hoping Starbucks will rectify this issue!
