The best poledance studio in Toronto!!! Loved everything about it. All the instructors are very nice and welcoming. The classes are fun and exciting, sometimes the only regret I have is that I didn’t have enough time or energy to do them all!!
The studio itself is just beautiful with high ceilings and 3 different areas for pole, floor or Lyra. The air ventilation is excellent, I never feel suffocated, too hot or too cold in there. The poles they have are the real deal, a real professional stainless steel poles, so much nicer on my skin and way better grip.
I really appreciate all these qualities after my previous experience in another studio that using some kind of pipes as their poles. Those pipes are hard on my skin and bruised me severely. Also, that studio had such a bad air ventilation, mind you it was underground, so sometimes it smells like sewer. How can you take a deep breath in to inhale a stinky air?
If you are new to poledance or wanted to try this fitness and joining a studio, pay attention to these qualities.
I wish this covid lockdown ended soon and Vitality studio reopened. I missed so much the classes, the sweat, the fun and all the camaraderie that always takes off the stress out of my day.
